*This form is intended for aspiring models seeking unedited shots to be used for submission to a modeling agency. As a rule, submissions are NOT retouched.
*Women are normally shot in tanks or blouses with skinny jeans. Men are normally shot in undershirts and shirtless with jeans. Occasionally, men and women may be shot in swimwear (optional). For examples of digitals in the industry, please visit THE MODEL WALL or Models.com
*There is no charge for this service for "shout-out" participants. See agreement on booking form.
This form offers 'DIGITALS'. DIGITALS are casting photos for models. They show your weight, height, facials features and your build. DIGITALS are not edited or retouched, because you will be able to use these images to submit to modeling agencies. Agencies need to see the real you. They do not want edited pictures sent to them. An agency needs to see how you look naturally, in order to place you for work, if they like your look. Polished, studio, retouched images are created when you are working and being paid to do so. DIGITALS are a service, for those of you who want the guidance of a photographer. See examples below courtesy of FTAPE.COM.
To take your experience to the next level book 'MODEL PRACTICE'. Model Practice is a pretend magazine, editorial photoshoot, meant to give you a feel of what it would be like to work as a model on a NYC photoshoot please visit here.
PREPARATION: The very best way to prepare for your shoot is to drink water according to your weight. Whatever your weight in pounds, drink half that in ounces, so if you are 100 pounds, you drink 50 ounces, which is 6 cups. Most people, of average weight, would drink 8 cups. Secondly, you prepare with sleep. Get to bed no later than midnight and sleep for no less than 8hrs. You should do these things for at least 3 days before your DIGITALS.
